Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at our McKees Rocks office located at:
1811 McKees Rocks Rd
McKees Rocks, PA 15136
This position is responsible for all duties relating to the opening, processing and maintenance of customer accounts, cross selling Bank products and services, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, dual control, security and compliance, and providing high quality customer service. RequirementsHigh school education or equivalent essential, 2 years relevant banking experience, 3 years customer service experience, proven organizational and communication skills, ability to analyze financial data, team player, knowledge of Bank products and services preferred, working knowledge of computers, strong clerical skills.
